
Production Coordinator – Media Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily production priorities for the team and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Manage and respond to the shared production inbox, addressing studio requests, missing files, and escalations.
• Maintain accuracy in the Main, Art, and Authoring schedules by identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
• Facilitate the monthly delivery cycle by verifying studio folders, adhering to naming and file-count standards, and transferring completed work to the delivery directory.
• Review incoming content against the schedule, amend details as necessary, and record new releases in the internal database.
• Engage directly with studio and vendor partners regarding unresolved issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
• Keep schedules and boards updated following each check-in.
• Proactively plan for future release months to identify schedules, files, and outstanding requirements.
• Train and onboard new team members through shadow shifts and walkthroughs of tools and processes.
• Oversee server storage and file organization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project or production coordination or operations support.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).
• Exceptional written English skills — able to draft clear, professional communications with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, often across several release cycles.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision after training.
• Proficient in proactive communication via Slack, including daily check-ins and early identification of issues.
• A dependable, dedicated home workspace with stable high-speed internet, along with the capacity to troubleshoot connectivity and device issues.
• Experience with Monday.com for project and content status tracking (preferred).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet for managing multi-track schedules (preferred).
• Prior experience with FTP file transfer tools (preferred).
• Background in training or mentoring junior team members (preferred).
• Knowledge of content licensing and distribution workflows (DVD, VOD, broadcast/cable) (preferred).
• Experience working in an offshore BPO setting or on a distributed, cross-time-zone team (preferred).
• 100% remote work.
• Standard Philippine business hours, Monday to Friday.
