This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Set up and modify customer campaigns using Drips’ proprietary platform.

• Establish outreach schedules for messages and calls.

• Implement branching logic and actions based on responses.

• Attach and map audio files for outbound communications.

• Utilize JSON-based configuration files to dictate campaign functionality.

• Employ simple scripts or structured data files for configuration, data preparation, or bulk updates.

• Oversee a queue of build and support requests within the ticketing system.

• Grasp the objectives of requesters and identify necessary platform modifications.

• Make updates, conduct tests on configurations, and document changes made.

• Convert ambiguous business objectives into specific configuration decisions.

• Suggest optimal message volume, scheduling, call and response routing, and sustainable campaign structures.

• Balance client objectives, technical limitations, and operational considerations.

• Perform basic tests to confirm message sequence, audio playback, and campaign functionality.

• Investigate reported configuration problems.

• Collaborate with QA, Build Specialists, Client Success, Operations, and Production leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding organizational skills; capable of managing a consistent flow of requests, prioritizing conflicting tasks, and maintaining progress.

• Proficient in reading and editing JSON or similar formats like XML or CSV.

• Experience utilizing spreadsheets to track and arrange configuration details.

• Willingness and capability to learn proprietary software and adhere to documentation.

• Strong attention to detail, including identifying mismatched IDs, incorrect mappings, and inconsistent rules.

• Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Capability to ask clarifying questions and communicate changes in simple terms to non-technical partners.

• No degree in software engineering or computer science is necessary.

• Previous experience in technical, operations, or support-oriented roles is advantageous, though not required.

• Familiarity with configuring marketing automation platforms, CRMs, dialers, or workflow/rules-based tools is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is beneficial.

• Experience managing a ticket queue or support caseload is advantageous.

• Experience with email, SMS, or call-center outreach campaigns is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of scripting or query languages is a plus.

• Experience in processing audio files is advantageous.

• Background in IT support, marketing operations, QA, data operations, or similar fields is beneficial.

• A resume and a brief cover letter summary are required for application.
