Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform logos into vector formats, ensuring they are saved in the appropriate file types, and develop mock-ups for the sales team.

• Configure type and size imprints on promotional merchandise.

• Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Retrieve product templates from supplier websites to generate proofs.

• Dispatch proofs to clients for their assessment and approval.

• Convert approved orders into production and track order status to avert delays.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss revisions or recommendations.

• Evaluate project details and produce final products that meet specified requirements.

• Execute additional tasks as needed in line with the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization and prioritization while adhering to tight deadlines.

• A robust portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities in graphic design, along with the capacity to produce visually compelling designs.
