Product/Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gain a thorough understanding of the B2B product, the employer user journey, and essential business processes.

• Evaluate product funnels, conversion rates, retention, churn, cohort analysis, monetization, and user behavior.

• Create and sustain a product metrics system.

• Assist product teams in differentiating symptoms from core issues and developing analytical inquiries.

• Analyze the potential effects of product initiatives and changes on users and the overall business.

• Design and assess A/B tests, including metrics, sample sizes, statistical significance, and interpretation of results.

• Execute complex ad-hoc and exploratory research initiatives.

• Develop and manage dashboards for tracking key metrics.

• Ensure data quality and consistency while investigating discrepancies in metrics.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and DWH teams regarding data structure and accessibility.

• Automate routine analytics processes to minimize manual queries.

• Transform research findings into compelling data narratives.

• Actively identify issues and growth opportunities that could impact the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.

• Proficient in SQL with confidence.

• Experience handling large datasets.

• Knowledge of product metrics and the principles of constructing a metrics system.

• Practical experience in analyzing funnels, retention, cohorts, and user behavior.

• Understanding of statistical principles and A/B testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguous tasks and independently determine an analytical approach.

• Strong ability to communicate findings to Product Managers and other stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at an Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
