Product Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide education to employees and customers on the features and capabilities of the Charlie product.

• Serve as a change agent during customer implementation to ensure effective product adoption.

• Design, create, and maintain training plans for customers tailored to specific roles.

• Convert product features and functionalities into engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, webinars, and in-person training sessions.

• Develop internal training programs to facilitate onboarding.

• Implement adult learning best practices and innovative learning techniques.

• Utilize AI tools and technologies to expedite content creation and enhance the learning experience.

• Collaborate with the implementation team to comprehend implementation plans and training needs.

• Suggest personalized training requirements.

• Create and oversee customer training plans while coordinating training schedules.

• Conduct group classes, individual coaching sessions, webinars, and internal training.

• Assess learning effectiveness through surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics, adjusting content as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical product training.

• Familiarity with the loan origination process.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Capability to simplify complex concepts into clear, understandable instructions.

• Experience working autonomously as well as in collaborative, team-oriented settings.

• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to forge relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and with customers.

• Capacity to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
