This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, strategize, and implement training programs that support our clients and partners.
• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs utilizing various delivery methods.
• Create training resources such as user manuals, job aids, and visual presentations.
• Ensure timely updates to reference materials and online resources.
• Conduct both synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management applications, including end-to-end processes and new release training.
• Facilitate training sessions for customers and partners, both small and large, employing suitable methodologies.
• Offer management insights regarding the learning progress of customers and partners.
• Utilize assessments, surveys, and metrics from one-on-one sessions to identify, communicate, and implement enhancements in training.
• Record and edit training sessions, e-learning modules, product launches, and company meetings.
• Upload training materials into the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver engaging solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Inovalon policies, procedures, and mission statement.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Undertake additional assigned projects and responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, with direct involvement in creating and delivering educational curriculum and content.
• Ability to plan and achieve goals leveraging independent judgment.
• Capable of efficiently creating or adapting training materials to align with policy and procedural changes.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Visio).
• Intermediate skills in authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia Studio.
• Proficient in using CRM applications like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer service, including the ability to effectively diagnose issues and communicate solutions.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and effective prioritization.
• Ability to work independently while also assisting others as necessary.
• Proficient understanding of Healthcare EDI (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HIPAA transaction code set is a plus.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
