Corporate Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training programs for ServiceTrade and ERP platforms, including NetSuite or Sage, throughout the organization.

• Educate field technicians, operations personnel, and administrative staff on optimal practices for utilizing company software applications.

• Develop training resources such as manuals, videos, presentations, and documentation.

• Facilitate onboarding by delivering system training to new employees.

• Recognize knowledge gaps and create training solutions to enhance software adoption and efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, and IT departments to ensure effective utilization of systems.

• Offer continuous coaching and support to staff using ServiceTrade and ERP platforms.

• Aid in the implementation, updates, and process enhancements related to company software applications.

• Monitor training progress and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in training staff on ServiceTrade or comparable service management systems.

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, or other ERP software.

• Strong knowledge of field service operations, including inspections, scheduling, and invoicing processes.

• Demonstrated capability to train both technical and non-technical personnel.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Competence in developing clear training materials and documentation.

• Experience in service sectors such as fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, or field services is preferred.

• Background in software implementations or system rollouts.

• Understanding of field service management systems.

• Ability to simplify intricate processes for employees with varying levels of experience.

• Experience in conducting group training sessions and providing one-on-one coaching.
