• Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of learning, development, and quality assurance.

• Partner with Operations and Compliance teams for effective collaboration.

• Design, implement, and assess training programs.

• Provide ongoing development programs for continuous improvement.

• Assist in the onboarding and development of new team members and partners.

• Foster robust cross-disciplinary partnerships.

• Encourage a positive learning atmosphere.

• Effectively address issues and provide support to others.

• Deliver tailored customer experiences through various communication channels.
