Automotive National Training Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver fee-based training aimed at enhancing sales and improving overall dealership performance in current accounts.

• Showcase Assurant's capabilities to potential accounts.

• Identify and secure new dealership accounts for training or product offerings.

• Ensure timely, accurate communication regarding necessary reporting.

• Build and nurture relationships with dealers and executive managers.

• Engage in industry exposure activities.

• Conduct F&I Professional's and Master’s Classes at an Assurant office as required.

• Offer leadership with innovative feedback and creative ideas for the development and implementation of training content.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Service Department or retail sales within the automotive sector.

• A minimum of 2 years in sales, management, and customer service roles.

• Proficient in communicating and reaching consensus on actions related to specific goals or challenges.

• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Ability to analyze and compare data from various sources, identify issues, gather pertinent information, and recognize relationships.

• Quick to build trust and rapport with new acquaintances.

• Capable of projecting a professional and businesslike demeanor in a classroom setting.

• Skilled in conveying complex scenarios in straightforward terms to both students and senior executives, utilizing professional industry terminology.

• Adept social skills for participating in and hosting business meals and networking events.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of retail automotive dealership management experience in service, sales, and/or F&I.

• Comprehensive knowledge of retail automobile dealership operations.

• Current state licensing required for the home state or the ability to obtain such licensing.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Readiness to travel 80% of the time.
