Product & Technical Communications Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a communication strategy for product launches, feature introductions, and roadmap milestones in collaboration with engineering and marketing teams.

• Transform Miris's spatial streaming technology into engaging and clear narratives for developers and audiences in sectors such as retail visualization, architecture, media & entertainment, and robotics/physical AI.

• Draft and maintain documentation aimed at developers, including API references, SDK guides, quick-starts, sample code, and release notes.

• Produce and manage briefing documents, FAQs, blog posts, key messages, and talking points for major announcements.

• Prepare executives and spokespersons for interviews, briefings, and speaking engagements, including message formulation and Q&A preparation.

• Identify and proactively propose stories regarding product achievements, technical advancements, and partner and customer successes.

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure alignment of deliverables, timelines, and quality across communication initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product communications, technical communications/writing, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience in converting highly technical work into externally-facing content.

• Proven technical interview skills.

• Strong editorial judgment, with a history of editing and shaping others' technical materials.

• Proficient use of LLM tools for content creation, along with the ability to verify claims and identify confidently incorrect outputs prior to publication.

• Experience in creating developer-facing content, including API/SDK documentation and developer guides.

• Background in spatial computing, 3D graphics/CG, robotics, or related technical fields.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing your own workflow.
