Marketing Communications Manager – Purification Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Adapt and implement global marketing communications strategies into a European activation plan with lead-generation objectives.

• Execute regional communications across both traditional and digital channels throughout the customer journey.

• Localize global content, messaging, campaigns, and thought-leadership materials for audiences in Europe.

• Source local proof points and customer stories, evaluate content effectiveness, and report results against established metrics.

• Provide counsel to European regional leadership and the Senior Marketing Communications Manager on customer-facing matters and change-management communications.

• Collaborate with global Product Management, regional commercial, digital, and cross-functional teams to recommend effective channels and messaging for European buyers.

• Coordinate activities for European trade shows, including copy, visuals, booth placement, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and event opportunities.

• Attend trade shows, monitor regional trends and competitive activities, and share insights with leadership.

• Evaluate existing European shows and research additional industry events for global calendar planning.

• Write, adapt, and quality-check copy for digital advertisements, trade-show booths, social media, video scripts, and local-language materials.

• Collaborate on regional search, paid social, email, and content-placement initiatives to enhance engagement and generate qualified leads.

• Research and test new marketing communication tactics and share successful strategies across regions.

• Ensure compliance with branding, legal, regulatory, data privacy, and local language requirements.

• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and lead-generation outcomes, recommending adjustments to activation strategies.

• Coordinate with regional agencies, translation partners, and coordinators to ensure timely delivery of work.

• Support departmental and regional projects, including ribbon cuttings, photo shoots, video shoots, plant visits, and customer site visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, product launches, analytics, measurement & optimization, demand generation, lead nurturing, customer communications, change management, project and budget management, and marketing communication planning and execution.

• Fluency in English.

• Willingness and ability to travel within Europe and occasionally to the U.S. as needed.

• Preferred: Experience in Purification Technologies or relevant industrial or regulated sectors.

• Preferred: Background in marketing technical products, purification technologies, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation solutions, or complex equipment-based offerings.

• Preferred: Familiarity with purification technologies, contamination control, bio-decontamination, aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, or GMP-regulated environments.

• Capacity to engage with influential individuals and navigate complex organizational structures.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated initiative and leadership abilities, including translating strategy into regional plans, planning, critical thinking, cross-functional coordination, overseeing multiple project components, and a proven track record of delivering results.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven initiative and capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
