This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that content and messaging are aligned across various audiences and channels.
• Create content and communications targeted at existing customer demographics.
• Assist in making sure that published content maintains a cohesive narrative, a clear brand voice, and a well-defined perspective.
• Analyze campaigns, social media, web, email communications, and client content to spot gaps, redundancies, and opportunities.
• Oversee the editorial calendar and monitor content development timelines and goals.
• Coordinate content across marketing teams to ensure that launches, campaigns, and narratives are executed in a deliberate sequence.
• Guarantee that content is disseminated across channels and repurposed across various industry sectors.
• Monitor editorial KPIs, such as engagement rates and narrative consistency.
• Provide reports on the overall health of the content ecosystem.
• Craft strategic, timely, and personalized communications for customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop onboarding communications, campaigns for feature education and adoption, product announcements, release summaries, platform change notices, service-impacting alerts, and targeted thought leadership and executive updates.
• Collaborate with teams outside of marketing to customize client content according to audience needs.
• Enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of content development through workflow automation and process documentation.
• 5–7 years of experience in content development and strategy.
• Significant experience in coordinating content across multiple channels, teams, or formats simultaneously.
• A background in journalism, publishing, or narrative writing is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing or contributing to a multi-channel content operation.
• Familiarity with B2B content environments, enterprise audiences, or professional services markets is advantageous.
• Experience in building editorial governance, content calendars, or cross-functional content processes at scale.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and executive teams in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional editorial judgment.
• Strong skills in writing and editing.
• Capability to influence others’ work through established voice guidelines.
• Proficiency in AEO/SEO strategy and engagement analytics.
• Competence in utilizing data to refine editorial decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines.
