Product, Technical Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Formulate and communicate the long-term vision for human-AI interaction and products tailored for developers and businesses.

• Craft product narratives, especially for ElevenAgents, focusing on emerging trends and needs.

• Spearhead storytelling and communication efforts for significant product launches alongside product marketing.

• Execute campaigns between product launches to showcase platform value.

• Oversee communications related to security, privacy, and safety matters.

• Manage incident response collaborations as part of a cross-functional team.

• Create diverse written materials including keynotes, talk tracks, social media posts, and press releases.

• Develop product demonstrations that highlight ElevenLabs technology.

• Enhance the visibility of technical and product leadership through viewpoints, media engagements, social interactions, and event participation.

• Cultivate relationships with journalists, Substack writers, podcasters, technical creators, and other influential figures.

• Assist in communications for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product enterprise that provides AI voice, audio, video, image, music, and agent platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product or technical communications within a fast-paced B2B technology organization, or background in developing AI/software products.

• Proven history of leading major launches and executing effective product campaigns between launches.

• Outstanding writing skills across various formats.

• Capacity to transform complex technical subjects into engaging narratives.

• Experience collaborating with security, safety, and engineering teams.

• Proficiency in incident management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the independent media landscape.

• Established relationships with influential commentators.

• Proven track record in product development, campaign execution, or other entrepreneurial activities.

• Ability to operate within GMT-5 to GMT-4 time zones.

• Must currently reside on the US East Coast.
