Product Support Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead a multifaceted team and direct reports through the development and production launch of the enhanced T901 turbine engine for the U.S. Army.

• Align stakeholders with program milestones and ensure disciplined execution.

• Develop and sustain the integrated product support plan for the T901 program.

• Oversee execution through qualification, service entry, and transition to sustainment readiness.

• Coordinate support activities across Support Equipment, Repair Engineering, Technical Publications, Reliability, Maintainability, Human Factors Engineering, Provisioning, Customer Training, and Maintenance Data Systems.

• Create cost and schedule planning estimates that support both internal and external Earned Value Management processes.

• Enhance visibility to risks, assumptions, and execution status.

• Manage product and service development from conception through production launch, ensuring that supportability is integrated and scalable.

• Influence product support strategy, resource planning, and policy formulation.

• Recommend best practices to enhance products, processes, and services.

• Develop and implement the digital strategy for the T901 engine.

• Evaluate incomplete or complex information and formulate recommendations utilizing multiple data sources.

• Create solutions that address technical, scheduling, and customer-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 5 years of experience in product support and/or product development.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Proven ability to lead programs/projects.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, and executing programs.

• Established project management expertise.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or have been granted asylee or refugee status) or obtain U.S. Government authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, where applicable.

• May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
