This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct software deployments, implementations, training, technical documentation, and product support.
• Strategically plan, evaluate, schedule, and execute PMRT software solutions for various government settings.
• Assess PMRT software usage among current clients to enhance effective utilization.
• Create and sustain training programs for PMRT software offerings.
• Organize formal on-site and virtual training sessions for role certifications.
• Facilitate online training that covers both basic and advanced functionalities for new users.
• Maintain the PMRT online help resources and refresh documentation as necessary.
• Supervise the PMRT help desk by providing telephone and email support.
• Collaborate with software development to document issues and rectify reported outages.
• Oversee PMRT software design, development, and release processes.
• Ensure that training materials, documentation, and support offerings remain accurate and in line with current functionalities.
• Engage with customers, end-users, and both technical and non-technical staff.
• Travel as necessary and work additional hours or weekends when required to fulfill deadlines or travel commitments.
• At least 4 years of experience in government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or a related field within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• Proficient in collaborating and communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Skilled in engaging with customers and software end-users effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and motivational skills.
• Ability to think critically and defend opinions confidently.
• Familiarity with IDS products, including CCaR and PMRT, is preferred.
• Desired experience in DoD finance, contracting, acquisition, and logistics systems.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience may substitute for education, with a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience considered.
• Capability to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended durations.
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Competence in conveying accurate information and ideas.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 15 lbs.
• Must successfully pass a Federal background check and fulfill eligibility criteria for access to classified information or materials.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
