This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and enhance customer Success Plans.
• Connect business goals with product adoption, process optimization, and measurable value.
• Utilize expertise in Unit4 Financials to pinpoint adoption gaps, optimization opportunities, and best practices.
• Assist customers in enhancing financial efficiency, accuracy in reporting, governance, compliance, and decision-making.
• Advocate for standard functionality, minimize customization, and promote the adoption of new capabilities.
• Examine customer usage trends and business processes to uncover opportunities for value realization and operational improvements.
• Aid Value Enhancement Services by assessing customer needs and aligning them with outcome-based packages, assessments, or optimization initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with Consulting, Support, Product Management, and Customer Excellence teams to eliminate obstacles and expedite results.
• Convey customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to drive enhancements.
• Provide guidance to customers on optimizing financial processes, adhering to reporting best practices, and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
• At least 4 years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery, particularly in financial management solutions.
• Proven experience with Unit4 Financials (U4F), Unit4 ERP, or similar enterprise financial management platforms.
• Strong understanding of essential finance processes, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, as well as Period-End and Year-End Processes.
• Capability to translate product features into quantifiable business value and assist customers in achieving strategic business goals.
• Confidence in collaborating with customers on adoption, optimization, process improvement, and value realization efforts.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
• Experience with financial reporting, analytics, dashboards, data structures, and reporting tools.
• Ability to convert unclear customer needs into precise recommendations, actionable plans, and successful outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, engaging Finance leaders, business users, CSMs, Product, Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams.
• A proactive, consultative approach focused on delivering customer value, best practices, continuous improvement, and sustained customer success.
• Experience in Higher Education, Public Sector, Professional Services, or other targeted Unit4 industries is a plus.
• Security clearance may be required for customer projects and access to sensitive customer information.
• In compliance with local laws, background checks may necessitate criminal record disclosure, right to work verification, personal identification, and work history confirmation.
