This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and enhance customer Success Plans.
• Connect business goals to product adoption, process improvement, and measurable benefits.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Unit4 Financials to pinpoint adoption gaps, optimization possibilities, and best-practice methodologies.
• Assist customers in boosting financial efficiency, ensuring reporting accuracy, and enhancing governance, compliance, and decision-making.
• Advocate for standard functionality, minimize customization, and foster the adoption of new features.
• Examine customer usage trends and business processes to uncover opportunities for greater value realization and operational enhancements.
• Aid Value Enhancement Services by assessing customer needs and aligning them with outcome-based packages, assessments, or optimization efforts.
• Partner with Consulting, Support, Product Management, and Customer Excellence teams to eliminate obstacles and expedite customer results.
• Represent the customer's perspective to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on financial process optimization, reporting best practices, and digital transformation efforts.
• At least 4 years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery, with a strong emphasis on financial management solutions.
• Proven experience with Unit4 Financials (U4F) is essential.
• In-depth understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, and both Period-End and Year-End processes.
• Capability to translate product functionalities into measurable business outcomes.
• Skill in guiding customers towards strategic business results.
• Experience with customer adoption, optimization, process enhancement, and value realization projects.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer data, recognize trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, analytics, dashboards, data structures, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in converting ambiguous customer requirements into clear recommendations, actionable plans, and successful outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with Finance leaders, business users, CSMs, Product, Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams.
• Proactive, consultative approach focused on customer value, best practices, continuous improvement, and long-term success for customers.
• Experience in Higher Education, Public Sector, Professional Services, or other industries targeted by Unit4 is a plus.
• This role may necessitate security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer information.
• Background checks may require disclosure of criminal record, right to work, personal identification, and work history.
