This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote growth and innovation for IFP.
• Participate in planning efforts for Monthly Business Reviews and annual IFP Dental strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with leaders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Clinical areas to align priorities and ensure effective execution.
• Design and oversee complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct or assist in market research, analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.
• Create and present strategic updates, recommendations, and presentations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
• Formulate product definitions and solution plans to enhance product and service offerings.
• Contribute to dental product deliverables and take charge of assigned projects.
• Assess technology, customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Lead or support product-related projects, including project proposals, business cases, and implementation assistance.
• Develop new product value propositions and targeted feature sets.
• Anticipate business challenges and regulatory concerns, recommending new products or enhancements.
• Over 8 years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, ideally within healthcare or insurance.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, analysis, and problem resolution.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in matrixed environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and its regulatory framework.
• Experience in managing large-scale or enterprise-level programs.
• A passion for enhancing healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is needed.
