This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Lead and execute product and growth strategies, initiatives, and programs focused on Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Dental priorities.
• Create and steer product definitions and solution plans to enhance the company’s product portfolio.
• Assess business opportunities through the analysis of targeted markets, market trends, emerging technologies, customer business challenges, and the competitive landscape.
• Formulate new product value propositions and targeted feature sets.
• Anticipate internal and external business challenges and regulatory concerns, proposing new products and enhancements.
• Propel strategies that foster IFP growth and innovation.
• Participate in Monthly Business Reviews and annual Strategy meeting planning for the IFP Dental business.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Clinical teams.
• Design and oversee complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Contribute to market research, regulatory analysis, and competitive intelligence efforts.
• Create presentations, strategic updates, and recommendations for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Advocate for innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in product definitions and solution plans while contributing to dental product deliverables and assigned projects.
• Develop project proposals and business cases, supporting implementation activities.
• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, or program leadership, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in matrixed environments and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) market and regulatory environment.
• Experience in enterprise or large-scale program management.
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
