Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for the pet-health client.

• Engage with potential customers and transform them into loyal brand advocates.

• Assist pet owners in utilizing wellness supplements and protocols effectively.

• Collaborate with committed leaders and training resources to understand Tribe's sales methodology and core values.

• Manage scheduled sales appointments and successfully close sales.

• Utilize communication tools, including Rippling, Salesforce, the call system, and Zoom.

• Represent Tribe Wellness Sales in a global remote environment.

• Support pet owners in achieving improved health outcomes for their pets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for growth opportunities and exceptional sales performance.

• Background, knowledge, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to foster authentic customer relationships.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and computer equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Proficient in running the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be approximately under 150ms.

• Jitter should remain approximately under 30ms.

• Packet loss should be approximately under 1%.

• Ability to conduct frequent phone and video calls.
