Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Market and sell products and services for our pet-health client.

• Engage with potential clients to transform prospects into loyal brand advocates.

• Collaborate with dedicated leaders and utilize training resources to enhance sales techniques and embody Tribe's values.

• Conduct ethical and compliant sales practices, avoiding overpromising or making unfounded claims.

• Represent brands that provide high-quality products adhering to strict regulations.

• Manage regular phone and video communications.

• Utilize the designated call system, Salesforce, and Zoom for operations.

• Operate from home within a global remote work setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by opportunities for growth and excellence in sales.

• Possess knowledge, experience, or a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to build authentic connections and communicate effectively.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts commencing at 8 AM CST.

• Access to reliable internet and necessary equipment.

• Fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads.

• Latency should be approximately under 150ms.

• Jitter must be approximately under 30ms.

• Packet loss should be approximately under 1%.

• Ability to handle frequent phone and video calls efficiently.
