Product Specialist – Health Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oman.

📋 Description

• Promote products and services tailored for clients focused on human wellness.

• Engage with potential clients to transform one-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.

• Collaborate with committed leaders and utilize training resources to excel in sales while embodying Tribe's values.

• Operate under a commission-based sales framework.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and sell ethically, avoiding overpromises and unverified claims.

• Represent premium, regulation-compliant wellness brands.

• Conduct regular phone and video consultations from a home-based environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth prospects and excellence in sales.

• Knowledge, experience, or a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities and a talent for forming genuine connections.

• Capability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet and equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Proficiency in managing the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be less than approximately 150ms.

• Jitter should be under approximately 30ms.

• Packet loss must be under approximately 1%.
