📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Macrobond's product offerings, including their functionality, design, and advantages.

• Engage with customers to determine their requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Perform product demonstrations or presentations to clients and prospective customers.

• Aid in the creation of promotional materials and strategies for product marketing.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.

• Provide pre-sale assistance and feedback to clients.

• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings.

• Educate other team members on product specifications.

• Contribute to product development and improvements based on customer insights and market trends.

• Address product-related challenges promptly.

• Work in partnership with clients and colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
