Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Begin your journey in Customer Support by addressing user issues through support tickets.

• Analyze intricate cases, determine underlying causes, collect feedback, and assist Support in resolving problems.

• Advance to the Product Specialist position, typically within 30 days.

• Convert user insights and research into product opportunities in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Examine discrepancies in transactions and portfolios.

• Enhance data accuracy and integrations alongside developers.

• Conduct quality assurance on new features and fixes prior to their release.

• Identify bugs and confirm expected functionalities.

• Leverage AI and automation to optimize workflows.

• Maintain organized development tasks.

• Generate clear, actionable insights for the Engineering team.

• Act as a liaison between users and developers.

• Contribute to Koinly's reputation as one of the most precise crypto tax and asset-tracking solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Crypto-native familiarity with wallets, exchanges, transfers, trading, staking, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), liquidity providing (LPing), and decentralized applications (dapps).

• Practical experience with DeFi, NFTs, staking, and intricate on-chain activities.

• Proficient in navigating block explorers like Ethereum or Solana and utilizing on-chain data for issue investigation.

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, including debugging, data source comparison, and deriving evidence-based conclusions.

• Attention to detail in quality assurance and testing processes.

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to learn technical tools.

• Proficient in English.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.

• Ability to utilize AI for investigations and automation while ensuring output validity.

• Possess curiosity, self-motivation, prioritization skills, and a sense of ownership.

• Solid understanding of APIs and data flow between systems (preferred).

• Experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar (preferred).

• Familiarity with blockchain development concepts and on-chain data structures (preferred).

• Knowledge of Jira, APIs, scripting, or blockchain development (preferred).

• Availability to work with overlapping hours in the European time zone.

• Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
