📋 Description

• Deliver presentations on scientific products and articulate their applications to potential customers.

• Evaluate customer requirements and suggest appropriate biology and laboratory product solutions.

• Offer technical training and demonstrations of products to customers and distributors.

• Assist sales teams by providing scientific knowledge, crafting proposals, and following up with customers.

• Collect market insights and work together on product launches and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing scientific position.

• Background in microbiology, molecular biology, or a related scientific area.

• Practical experience with microbiology workflows, molecular biology techniques, PCR-related products, culture media, reagents, or general lab instrumentation.

• Proficiency in English.

• Availability during business hours in Eastern and Mountain Time zones.

• A home-office environment equipped with reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work and meetings.

• Preferred: Knowledge of biotechnology research products or laboratory consumables.

• Preferred: Experience in presenting or explaining laboratory products and conducting demonstrations or training sessions.

• Preferred: Familiarity with collaborating alongside sales teams or distributors.

• Preferred: Understanding of distributor-led scientific sales.
