This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Present scientific products and articulate their applications to potential customers.

• Evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate biology and laboratory product solutions.

• Deliver technical product training and conduct demonstrations for customers and distributors.

• Assist sales teams by providing scientific expertise, proposals, and follow-up with customers.

• Collect market feedback and collaborate on product launches and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.

• Experience in microbiology, molecular biology, or a comparable scientific area.

• Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing scientific position, such as product specialist, application scientist, technical sales support, or field support.

• Practical experience with microbiology workflows, molecular biology techniques, PCR-related products, culture media, reagents, or general laboratory instrumentation.

• Willingness and flexibility to work during Eastern and Mountain time hours.

• A home office configuration with reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work and meetings.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Familiarity with biotech research products, lab consumables, or distributor-led scientific sales is advantageous.

• Experience in presenting or explaining lab products, conducting demonstrations or training, and collaborating with sales teams or distributors is a plus.
