Product Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end support for strategic enterprise pilots, from defining the technical approach to delivering effective solutions.

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and integrations tailored for enterprise clients.

• Showcase the capabilities of Slang AI beyond standard product configurations.

• Actively participate in new product development initiatives.

• Assist in transitioning validated work to engineering or product teams for scalable deployment.

• Manage and maintain internal tools and AI automations.

• Minimize manual tasks across the organization through the development of internal tools.

• Develop reusable code, documentation, and playbooks.

• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams, product managers, engineers, revenue leadership, clients, and executive stakeholders.

• Engage in customer meetings, team offsites, and company events, which may require occasional travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, product engineering, or a similar technical and cross-functional role.

• Strong foundation in software engineering with a proven ability to independently build and deliver working solutions.

• Proficient in APIs, SQL, data analysis, and data pipeline management.

• Comfortable working across the complete stack of a solution.

• Experience in developing lightweight front-end applications, internal tools, dashboards, or customer-facing solutions.

• Regular utilization of AI development tools in everyday tasks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to engage directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity and managing expectations.

• Strong inclination towards action, experimentation, and delivery.

• Good judgment in recognizing when to take a step back to ensure quality.

• Preferred: experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS sectors, or familiarity with voice AI or conversational technologies.
