Product Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to pinpoint whitespace opportunities and growth pathways within primary markets.

• Integrate insights from Voice of Customer research, industry trends, and market intelligence into strategic opportunities.

• Assess and prioritize concepts by evaluating market potential, identifying customer challenges, and estimating desirability, viability, and feasibility.

• Participate in front-end innovation, guiding projects from conceptualization through to business case validation.

• Formulate product visions and assist in the development of multi-year roadmaps and portfolio strategies.

• Identify and prioritize critical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to test prototypes for product-market alignment.

• Create and present business cases, encompassing financial modeling and ROI justification.

• Specify product features and requirements priorities to meet customer and business objectives.

• Convert product vision and high-level definitions into actionable product requirements.

• Collaborate with portfolio product managers and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Aid in the frameworks for idea prioritization, balancing growth roadmap initiatives with core business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in product management or market-focused roles within a B2B technical setting.

• Proven track record of driving product innovation and fostering growth.

• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies.

• Established capability to contribute to business cases and influence investment decisions.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in defining product features and requirements within a structured framework.

• Familiarity with AI-based tools to enhance quality and expedite output.
