Product Owner/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist MedCerts’ teams focused on Salesforce and learning management systems.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from identifying business needs to providing post-release support.

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, product management, developers, administrators, and quality assurance.

• Facilitate discussions on requirements and assist in prioritizing tasks among stakeholder groups.

• Draft comprehensive user stories that include explicit acceptance criteria.

• Oversee changes across Salesforce, the LMS, and related systems.

• Review testing scenarios and coordinate as well as execute user acceptance testing.

• Analyze requests for dependencies, impacts on processes, and data implications.

• Create workflow diagrams and business process documentation.

• Suggest improvements in technology and processes.

• Manage the triage and reproduction of defects and aid in setting remediation priorities.

• Coordinate the investigation and resolution of production-related issues.

• Conduct software demonstrations and prepare release notes.

• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst capacity.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to articulate complex business or technical issues clearly.

• Demonstrated curiosity, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing is preferred.

• Familiarity with Totara or Moodle is preferred.
