Product Owner/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist MedCerts’ teams for Salesforce and the learning management system (LMS).

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from identifying business needs to providing post-release support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, developers, administrators, and quality assurance teams.

• Facilitate discussions regarding requirements and aid in prioritizing across various stakeholder groups.

• Draft comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate modifications across Salesforce, the LMS, and associated systems.

• Review test cases and manage user acceptance testing.

• Identify and reproduce defects, assisting in determining remediation priorities.

• Act as a point of escalation for production-related issues.

• Conduct software demonstrations and prepare release notes.

• Maintain documentation and verify delivered solutions.

• Proactively suggest technological and procedural enhancements that increase efficiency, improve workflows, and enhance the student experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst position.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to clearly articulate complex business or technical issues.

• Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Billing is preferred.

• Familiarity with Totara/Moodle is preferred.

• Availability to work during standard business hours, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
