This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage the product backlog for Commerce initiatives.
• Convert business strategies into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritize backlog items according to customer value, business impact, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business leadership to define the product roadmap.
• Ensure that the product vision is clearly understood by both engineering and business teams.
• Act as the main point of contact between business teams, engineering, UX/UI, architecture, QA, operations, and executive leadership.
• Generate high-quality executive reports on sprint status, release updates, KPI dashboards, roadmap changes, dependency tracking, RAID logs, steering committee presentations, delivery metrics, velocity reports, burndown/burnup charts, and feature adoption metrics.
• Simplify complex technical subjects into clear business language.
• Create succinct executive presentations featuring actionable insights and recommendations.
• Promote the delivery and ongoing enhancement of the Commerce platform along with customer-focused digital commerce capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proven track record in delivering Commerce or Digital Product initiatives.
• Experience in collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing backlogs and delivering products.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital commerce, retail, marketplaces, order management systems, payment systems, inventory, or fulfillment.
• Required expertise in Product Ownership, Scrum, backlog management, roadmap planning, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, WSJF, RICE), and product discovery.
• Practical experience with JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to pass a background check.
• CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification is preferred.
