This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic and operational head of the Linx Retrieval platform, a key revenue-generating product that supports a $400 million payer portfolio.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog efficiently.
• Establish software requirements through processes that reflect the “voice of the clients & stakeholders.”
• Lead sprint planning and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Work alongside the Product Manager to achieve the product roadmap goals.
• Articulate business challenges and personas using development methodologies.
• Compose user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Ensure development teams have a clear understanding of what needs to be built.
• Provide transparency regarding development priorities, project status, and completion estimates.
• Make prompt decisions that support the objectives of the product and development teams.
• Conduct QA testing and maintain relevant documentation.
• Verify that products fulfill acceptance criteria.
• Validate functioning software with clients.
• Collaborate with software developers and other domain specialists.
• Follow internal policies and procedures to safeguard confidential and personal health information.
• Execute other duties as assigned or required.
• Permanent work status (UCS/Greencard) is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education is required.
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with full ownership and accountability for product strategy, roadmap execution, and backlog management.
• Proven experience in managing and prioritizing a complex, mature product backlog within a SaaS, platform, healthcare technology, or enterprise software environment.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria creation, and release planning.
• Demonstrated capability to write clear, detailed, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
• Experience in partnering with Business Analysts while clearly differentiating between Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Proven ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities, make data-driven tradeoff decisions, and deliver business value.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and experience collaborating closely with software developers, QA teams, architects, and other IT professionals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Jira or similar Agile backlog management and project tracking tools.
• Comfortable with technical requirements, APIs, data integrations, and development teams, without needing hands-on coding experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy, including the capacity to interpret SQL query results and validate requirements using data outputs.
• Self-motivated professional capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage relationships across operations, client success, product, and development teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in healthcare technology, including payer operations, medical record retrieval, HCC coding, risk adjustment, clinical documentation, or revenue cycle management, is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise payer clients, health plans, or managed care organizations is preferred.
• Past experience in leading product initiatives involving platform migrations, system integrations, acquisitions, or platform consolidations is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security frameworks such as HITRUST, SOC 2, or similar regulatory standards is preferred.
• Very limited travel (approximately 2 – 3 days per quarter).
