This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Transform product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and assess sprint results.
• Take ownership and consistently prioritize the team backlog.
• Establish sprint objectives and engage in sprint planning sessions.
• Manage scope alterations and incoming requests throughout sprints.
• Ensure that backlog refinement is in line with product strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to enhance product features using insights from the market and customers.
• Coordinate with BAs, SAs, and other roles during the discovery phase to ensure clarity and technical feasibility of requirements.
• Provide the team with requirements once goals and scope are well-defined.
• Plan team-level releases in conjunction with the Engineering Manager.
• Engage in feature acceptance testing and demonstrations.
• Participate in and co-facilitate sprint retrospectives alongside the Engineering Manager.
• Identify product risks and oversee escalation procedures.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
• Validate project plans and documentation for stakeholders in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.
• Maintain collaboration with the web department and other teams for cross-product initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team epics and shared functionalities.
• Utilize the Estimator tool, secure approvals, and assist with estimation.
• Collaborate with QA to classify issues and prioritize bugs based on their business impact.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar positions.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing sector within an IT/tech environment.
• Familiarity with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, and SFDC.
• Proven track record in defining and launching products that achieve business goals.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including knowledge of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucinations.
• Strong command of Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with estimation methods such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
