This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Transform product-line strategies into actionable backlogs for the team and assess sprint outcomes.
• Take ownership and continuously prioritize the team backlog focusing on high-value tasks and product objectives.
• Establish sprint goals, engage in sprint planning, and manage realistic commitments.
• Oversee scope modifications and incoming sprint requests, communicate these changes to stakeholders, and adjust sprint plans accordingly.
• Ensure that backlog refinement aligns with the broader product strategy and priorities.
• Work in collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders to enhance features based on validated market and customer insights.
• Coordinate with BAs, SAs, and other roles during the discovery phase to ensure clear and technically feasible requirements.
• Provide the team with requirements once goals and scope are clearly understood.
• Plan team-level releases in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Engage in feature acceptance testing and demonstrations.
• Participate in and co-facilitate sprint retrospectives alongside the Engineering Manager.
• Identify product risks and manage escalation procedures.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
• Validate project plans and stakeholder documentation in partnership with the Delivery Manager.
• Foster collaboration with the web department and other teams for cross-product initiatives.
• Manage cross-team epics and ensure alignment on shared functionalities.
• Utilize the Estimator tool, secure approvals, and support the estimation processes.
• Work with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs based on their business impact.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or in similar roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing sector within an IT/tech environment.
• Familiarity with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, and SFDC.
• Proven track record of defining and launching products that fulfill business objectives.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including knowledge of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucinations.
• Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.
