This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Transform product-line strategy into implementable team backlogs and assess sprint results.
• Take ownership of and continuously prioritize the team backlog in alignment with product objectives.
• Establish sprint goals and engage in sprint planning sessions.
• Handle scope modifications and incoming requests throughout sprints.
• Ensure backlog refinement is consistent with product strategy and priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to enhance product features using market and customer insights.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other roles during the discovery phase.
• Provide requirements to the team when goals and scope are clearly defined.
• Plan team-level releases in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
• Engage in feature acceptance testing and demonstrations.
• Participate in and co-facilitate sprint retrospectives.
• Identify product risks and manage escalation procedures.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
• Validate project plans and documentation from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the web department and other teams for cross-product initiatives.
• Manage cross-team epics and shared functionalities.
• Utilize the Estimator tool, secure approvals, and assist in estimation processes.
• Collaborate with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs based on business significance.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or a comparable role.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing field within an IT/tech setting.
• Familiarity with content supply chain processes and systems, such as content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, and SFDC.
• Proven track record of defining and launching products that fulfill business goals.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucinations.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of estimation techniques like story points and T-shirt sizing.
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
