This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Translate the strategy for the product line into actionable backlogs for the team and validate outcomes from sprints.
• Take ownership of the team backlog and continuously prioritize tasks based on the highest value work and product objectives.
• Define goals for sprints, engage in sprint planning, and coordinate feasible commitments for the team.
• Manage scope alterations and incoming sprint requests, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt plans accordingly.
• Ensure that backlog refinement is in alignment with product strategy and priorities.
• Work collaboratively with Product Management and stakeholders to enhance features using insights from the market and customers.
• Coordinate with BAs, SAs, and other roles during the discovery phase to ensure clear and technically viable requirements.
• Provide the team with requirements once goals and scope are comprehended.
• Plan team-level releases alongside the Engineering Manager.
• Engage in feature acceptance testing and demonstrations.
• Co-lead sprint retrospectives with the Engineering Manager.
• Identify potential product risks and manage escalation processes.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
• Validate project plans and stakeholder documentation in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.
• Foster collaboration with the web department and other teams for cross-product initiatives.
• Manage cross-team epics and shared functionalities.
• Utilize the Estimator tool, secure approvals, and assist with estimation processes.
• Collaborate with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs based on their business impact.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar positions.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing sectors (IT/tech environment), including familiarity with content supply chain processes and systems (content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, SFDC).
• Proven track record of defining and launching products that successfully meet business objectives.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including an understanding of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, and limitations such as bias and hallucinations.
• Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with estimation techniques (story points, T-shirt sizing).
• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
