Product Owner – Intellectual Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Product Director and team in the development and upkeep of global IP office search systems utilizing Clarivate technology.

• Engage with end users at governmental IP offices and legal firms to gather and refine feedback into the product roadmap priorities.

• Aid in maintaining system security certifications, including FedRAMP and SOC 2 Type 2.

• Support sales and marketing teams through product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and drafting RFI/RFP documents.

• Contribute to the management of the product backlog and roadmap.

• Work collaboratively with the Lead Product Manager, Director of Product Management, and the global technical team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in product management/product ownership, business analysis, etc.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Must be able to pass a US Government e-QIP.

• Previous work experience or education in the intellectual property sector is preferred.

• Experience with Jira, Power BI, Postman, Pendo, and/or Elasticsearch is preferred.

• Knowledge of FedRAMP, SOC 2, CSA STAR, etc., is preferred.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar mockup tools is preferred.

• Understanding of government procurement processes and experience in drafting successful RFI/RFPs is preferred.

• Proficiency in a language other than English is preferred.
