This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and prioritize essential fraud initiatives to generate business value.
• Formulate product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Fraud, Waste & Abuse capabilities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, stories, and themes that align with the strategic goals.
• Advocate for the customer by integrating user research and feedback into product decisions.
• Collaborate with agile teams, Scrum Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver prioritized functionalities.
• Utilize KPIs, experiments, and data analysis to assess performance and steer product direction.
• Work together with Engineering, Design, and leadership to identify challenges and enhance value delivery.
• Oversee release planning, eliminate roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement through learning and adaptation.
• Required experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), ideally within Fraud, Waste & Abuse, claims, or related product environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and manage conflicting priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in articulating product vision, opportunities, and outcomes to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of technical architecture, contemporary technology stacks, and platform limitations.
• Experience in facilitating journey mapping, story mapping, and roadmap planning sessions.
• Capacity to lead projects or workstreams autonomously.
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise and coordinate small cross-functional teams.
• Experience in product development, project management, and change management.
• Focus on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing improvement.
• Proficient in utilizing KPIs, data interpretation, and performance tracking to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive optimization.
