Product Owner – Deposits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of a vital product domain within the range of deposit products, including Acquisition, Growth, or Retention.

• Lead a collaborative, cross-functional team to enhance customer journeys and integrate backend systems.

• Formulate strategy and execution for a particular stage of the customer lifecycle pertaining to deposit products.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop front-end customer experiences, backend architecture, data pipelines, and API integrations.

• Conduct rapid A/B testing and introduce targeted features.

• Optimize user flows and enhance outcomes specific to the domain.

• Utilize data to prioritize and refine conversion funnels, customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach in product planning and enhance the digital journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a BaaS / SaaS environment is advantageous.

• Familiarity with a dual track agile framework, balancing continual product discovery with swift technical delivery.

• Strong customer focus, including engaging with users, mapping customer journeys, and addressing lifecycle challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a product domain like Acquisition, Growth, or Retention and achieving measurable results.

• In-depth knowledge of retail banking or fintech, particularly regarding Savings and Current Accounts.

• Understanding of system architecture, data models, and API integrations.

• Capability to effectively engage in technical discussions with engineering leads.

• Ability to operate swiftly and thrive in a high-growth environment.

• Proactive attitude towards action and iterative delivery.
