This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for data assets, ensuring that prioritized business data is accessible in a secure, reliable, and timely manner.
• Monitor project scope and delivery commitments, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating any risks as needed.
• Lead the assessment and design of data requirements, documenting data asset pipelines, metadata, and use-case requirements on both local and global scales.
• Drive the processes for data ingestion and the development of data assets with a dedicated build team.
• Facilitate the interface between demand and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and data governance standards.
• Coordinate validations with Data Owners, Business Process Owners, the Data Privacy Office, Security, and the Design Authority.
• Maintain comprehensive data documentation, including data contracts, mappings, data dictionaries, High-Level Designs, and approvals.
• Implement Data Governance policies throughout the lifecycle of data assets.
• Lead and coordinate technical build teams to deliver standardized, well-documented, and reusable datasets that align with Datahub standards.
• Ensure that data transformations are documented and facilitate user access via the data marketplace.
• Keep marketplace entries and user access information current.
• Align stakeholders from business, support functions, IT, and global data hubs.
• Take ownership of data quality by establishing Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and thresholds, monitoring data observability, and aiding in root cause analysis and complex issue resolution.
• Extensive knowledge of data management frameworks.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Working familiarity with Databricks and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in international settings and matrix organizations.
• Capability to engage with VP and C-level business stakeholders, explaining technology in layman's terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluent in English.
