Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Lead the entire lifecycle of the Abloxx (XAB) token, encompassing strategic development and essential infrastructure enhancements.

• Design and oversee the business logic that dictates token utility, VIP eligibility, and reward mechanisms across user portfolios.

• Develop and expand utility features such as trading fee management, reward amplifiers, unique user experiences, and governance for VIP tiers.

• Manage internal ledger systems, the mechanics of a closed-loop token economy, and automated reconciliation processes.

• Ensure strict adherence to system integrity and supply compliance.

• Convert tokenomic strategies and legal/regulatory requirements, including compliance with MiCAR, into technical product specifications for the Engineering and Design teams.

• Foster stakeholder alignment across IT, Legal/Compliance, CRM, and C-level leadership.

• Take ownership of the strategic advancement of the token infrastructure and reward mechanisms that support the Abloxx ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience with clear ownership, preferably in FinTech, digital assets, or tokenized ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience in building or managing financial ledgers, digital wallet frameworks, or closed-loop reward systems.

• Strong abstract reasoning skills with the capability to define immutable transaction logic, API security protocols, and automated reconciliation guidelines.

• Profound understanding of user retention strategies, staking products, yield routing, and VIP tier systems.

• Experience in Jira-driven product environments.

• Ability to translate abstract tokenomic ideas into structured technical implementations.

• Strong communication skills to explain system architecture decisions and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes (e.g., MiCAR).

• Self-reliant, organized, performance-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote work environment.

• Proficient in English.

• Direct experience in transitioning traditional web3/on-chain tokens to centralized or enterprise ledger environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

• EEA only B2B contract.
