Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the structuring, organization, and preparation of project and solution documentation.

• Record features, requirements, processes, workflows, and business rules.

• Ensure that project information remains current and traceable.

• Aggregate information from both business areas and technical teams.

• Aid in the creation of functional, operational, and solution support documentation.

• Arrange the materials, evidence, and artifacts necessary for project monitoring.

• Facilitate alignment between business areas and technical teams, ensuring clarity in requirements.

• Help in tracking and organizing project activities and deliverables.

• Contribute to the standardization and quality of the documentation produced.

• Support knowledge transfer and the solution support process after implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent higher education qualification.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner.

• Strong business acumen with a focus on value creation.

• Analytical skills to evaluate scenarios and priorities to make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders.

• Experience in agile environments.

• Proficiency in backlog management, requirements definition, and demand prioritization.

• Ability to serve as a liaison between business areas and technology teams.
