📋 Description

• Define the direction of the domain by leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitor evaluations.

• Suggest strategic initiatives, updates to positioning, and modifications to the roadmap sequencing that are linked to business results.

• Manage the health of the backlog by prioritizing and preparing work that is ready for sprints, complete with a defined scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and sequencing.

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams regarding priorities, timelines, trade-offs, customer commitments, release implications, and messaging.

• Interact with users and customers, including dispatchers, technicians, and service managers, to confirm issues and validate assumptions.

• Collaborate with Engineering to assess solution alternatives and make trade-off decisions concerning customer value, effort, risk, scalability, and time to value.

• Lead or facilitate the triage process for critical customer and product issues and ensure follow-up on preventive measures.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression validation, and reviews of release impacts.

• Keep track of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related platform updates for potential compatibility issues and product opportunities.

• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and expected customer outcomes prior to release.

• Review documentation intended for customers, internal support notes, release communications, and training materials.

• Track adoption and service KPIs and leverage insights to modify the roadmap, backlog, discovery, and enablement strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a B2B software product area or product backlog, effectively translating strategy, market insights, and customer challenges into actionable priorities and development results.

• Strong proficiency in customer discovery, competitive analysis, defining requirements, backlog management, facilitation, stakeholder communication, issue triage, UAT, and making data-driven decisions.

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and workflows related to rental, service, field-service, or industrial assets is highly desirable.
