Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap and backlog for the product area, determining the team's next focus.

• Build relationships with clients and understand their businesses, while keeping an eye on market trends and competitors.

• Identify significant problems to address and validate ideas using data and client feedback.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to develop solutions and implement them in small, valuable increments.

• Establish clear objectives for deliverables and assess their effectiveness for both clients and the organization.

• Ensure alignment among clients and internal stakeholders by communicating priorities, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Proven experience in B2B software or the financial services sector (lending or funding) is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to make prioritization decisions, even with incomplete or unclear information, and clearly articulate the reasoning behind those decisions.

• Capability to gain support for your decisions without formal authority.

• Experience engaging with customers and translating insights into product decisions.

• Knowledge of how regulations and data privacy impact product development in financial services.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with confidence in client interactions, including engagements with senior stakeholders.

• Experience working within Agile teams.

• Open to receiving feedback and adaptable to the team's workflows.
