Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead and prioritize essential fraud initiatives to provide business value

• Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Fraud, Waste & Abuse capabilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, stories, and themes

• Advocate for the customer’s voice through user research and feedback

• Collaborate with agile teams, Scrum Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver prioritized features

• Employ KPIs, experiments, and data analysis to assess performance and influence product direction

• Work together with Engineering, Design, and leadership to pinpoint pain points and enhance value delivery

• Oversee release planning, eliminate roadblocks, and focus on continuous improvement through learning and adaptation

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), ideally within Fraud, Waste & Abuse, claims, or similar product environments

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comprehensive understanding of technical architecture, current technology stacks, and platform constraints

• Experience in facilitating journey mapping, story mapping, and roadmap planning sessions

• Capability to lead projects or workstreams independently

• Ability to offer subject matter expertise and coordinate small cross-functional teams

• Background in product development, project management, and change management

• Proficiency in utilizing KPIs, data interpretation, and performance tracking to support decisions and assess outcomes
