Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Comprehend and convey the technical elements of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a technical roadmap that supports the product vision and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Collect and analyze requirements alongside product managers and stakeholders, recognizing and addressing technical constraints and dependencies.

• Prioritize features and user stories based on technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.

• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Define and refine the product architecture, encompassing technology stack, infrastructure, and design patterns.

• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Work in collaboration with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Establish test strategies, validate technical implementations, and guarantee high-quality software delivery.

• Identify technical risks and dependencies while proactively addressing issues.

• Monitor and enhance product performance for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, tooling updates, and knowledge-sharing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Owner, Technical Lead, or in a comparable role within a software development setting.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and technical best practices.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with an emphasis on the incremental delivery of high-quality software.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to solve complex issues and make data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies, including version control systems, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and cloud platforms.

• Understanding of product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is advantageous.
