Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Gather operational requirements and convert them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.

• Analyze and assess REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces connecting Manhattan WMS with external systems like ERP and TMS.

• Design and implement thorough end-to-end lifecycle testing.

• Assess complex supply chain edge cases prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS features, configurations, and architecture.

• Connect warehouse operations with technical development teams by translating logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

• Enhance supply chain execution and influence the enterprise software landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT enterprise applications.

• 6 to 8 years focused on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

• In-depth understanding of WMS module configuration.

• Proficient in SQL querying.

• Strong grasp of system integration standards.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct end-to-end flow testing.

• Proven skills in root-cause issue analysis.

• Capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

• CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.
