Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business and user requirements in collaboration with the Principal Product Owner.

• Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and relevant engineering documentation.

• Engage in backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Organise, refine, and sustain requirements artifacts aligned with roadmap priorities.

• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and eliminate obstacles.

• Collaborate with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather feedback and confirm requirements.

• Maintain requirement traceability from the discovery phase through to delivery and release.

• Assist with pre-release and post-release enablement activities, including release notes, FAQs, and walkthroughs.

• Analyse workflows and user journeys within the Ethixbase360 ecosystem to pinpoint optimisation opportunities.

• Aid in usability testing and validation of features delivered.

• Generate requirement specifications, diagrams, workflows, and product notes.

• Support quality assurance by reviewing test cases and confirming functionality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Create release notes and user documentation.

• Valid documentation permitting work in the Philippines.

• Proficient in English at a business level (C1/C2), both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• User-centered approach.

• Ability to engage collaboratively with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactive learning attitude.

• Familiarity with agile principles and environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organised and structured in managing priorities and backlogs.

• 4-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role or a similar function within an agile, preferably SaaS, environment.

• Background knowledge in compliance, due diligence, or a related field is highly regarded.
