Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with diverse teams across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to propel product features from conception to implementation.

• Create, develop, and incorporate innovative features and design strategies to enhance and expand components of the Instacart platform.

• Evaluate existing systems, user research, and business requirements to establish product specifications and technical roadmaps.

• Utilize data analysis and quantitative techniques to assess product performance, guide strategy, and refine user experiences.

• Conduct technical research, usability assessments, functional experiments, and reviews of industry-standard practices to uncover product opportunities that align with company objectives.

• Oversee and communicate product development timelines, benefits, outcomes, and key metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent foreign degree).

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in the position offered or in a related field.

• At least 12 months of experience utilizing quantitative research, case studies, functional experiments, and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing technical product features.

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in developing relevant metrics and KPIs for measuring performance in large-scale software products.

• At least 12 months of experience applying data analysis and experimentation methods, including simulation and A/B testing.

• A minimum of 12 months of experience using SQL or similar analytical tools to derive meaningful user insights.
