Product Manager – Network Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish product strategy and monitor product-related decisions

• Manage product profit and loss responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap in collaboration with customers

• Coordinate release planning with the Engineering team

• Assess market trends alongside customer workflows, processes, and requirements

• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap effectively

• Engage with customers to ensure the roadmap aligns with market expectations

• Develop and assess business cases, value propositions, and pricing/packaging strategies

• Transform customer and market demands into functional feature requests for Engineering

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, development, and QA teams to prioritize feature development

• Analyze competitor offerings and conduct competitive assessments

• Provide support and training to Sales, Presales, and Support teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector

• Strong background in 4G/5G RAN testing, including familiarity with at least one major network testing solution (TEMS, Nemo, Accuver, R&S)

• Practical experience in drive testing, walk testing, benchmarking, and remote testing

• Proven experience in product management, with clear ownership of product strategy, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and lifecycle management

• Significant customer-facing experience with mobile operators, vendors, benchmarking/service firms, or regulatory bodies

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Presales, Support, and Product Marketing teams

• Extensive knowledge of the mobile device ecosystem, including Android devices, chipsets, scanners, and external measurement hardware

• Understanding of 4G/LTE and 5G NSA/SA technologies, RF measurements, KPIs, and Layer 3 signaling

• Knowledge of test scripting, workflow automation, work orders, and campaign management processes

• Exceptional product strategy and prioritization capabilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including proficiency in presentation

• Leadership and influencing capabilities, with the ability to align multiple engineering teams and stakeholders without direct authority
